The production process for our products may vary depending on the product group. However, our fundamental approach is to select the right raw materials, conduct production under controlled conditions, package the product appropriately and carry out the necessary checks before shipment.

From Preparation to Final Control
01 — Raw Material Preparation
After the receiving and storage processes, raw materials to be used in production are prepared according to the production plan. The quantities required by the product recipe are determined and the necessary preparation for production is completed.
02 — Melting and Preparation
Chocolate and related raw materials are prepared according to the production stage required by the product. The necessary checks are carried out during production so that the process continues in line with the product standard.
03 — Forming and Filling
Depending on the product type, forming, filling, coating or similar production steps are applied. At this stage, the conformity of the product form, structure and overall appearance with the defined standard is monitored.
04 — Packaging
Products whose production is complete are packed using suitable packaging materials. Packaging integrity, product presentation and the accuracy of the required product information are checked.
05 — Quality Control
Throughout the production process and at the final-product stage, the appearance, structure, packaging and overall conformity of products are evaluated. The aim is to provide a consistent and reliable product standard in every production run.
06 — Storage and Shipment
Packaged products are stored under suitable conditions and prepared for shipment. Before shipment, product and carton checks are completed and the products are made ready for delivery to the customer.
